'Sal' or 'Dunny' is Kings second overseas player and is an Aussie. He made an immediate impact on his debut in 2001 and became a regular throughout the season. A skilful top order batsman he struggled for form in the 2002 season and had to temper his natural game for a more grafting attitude to get results, which so nearly brought him his first Kings fifty. Continually pushing for a chance to be let lose with his leg spin, which has proved highly effective and amusing on occasions! He has a wit that is so sharp he has to be careful not to cut himself! Needless to say he is proud of his antipodean roots.
