Dave Miller

David 'Windy' Miller (also known as the Bish)
Debut: 1994 Appearances: 156 Player No: 002
Right hand bat, Right arm slow bowler

Hugely talented and most 'text book' correct player in the team. He has opened the batting for most of his King's career with a style and panache that is much admired by his team mates. Passed 4000 career runs in 2004 and was deservedly voted Batsman of the Year, for a record breaking 5th time. Without doubt he boasts the intestinal qualities of an elephant with smells that could not be dreamed up in a sulphur works. Windy by name - Windy by nature. Not unknown to have to apologise to the wicket keeper for any undue discomfort due to poor air quality. His stomach is a temple to Indian food, which he always seems to have eaten on a Saturday night. Owner of a classic MG soft-top in which he can often be seen working his way through the solid traffic jams of South London on a Sunday morning to get to Kings games. Long time Chairman and founder member whose dedication to Kings can not be questioned after the long journeys he makes from Balham each week. Avid Arsenal fan that this year has fallen strangely silent and refusing to take up any baiting from the Chelsea fans in the team.
